One of our favorite tools for almost everything, we use Airtable to plan out our clients’ monthly content, keep track of task progress, and map out our ideation process. Plus, it has all of the tools you need for free.

Although we love Adobe products for other needs, nothing will beat the speed and ease it takes to create content on Canva. It’s easy to manage and visualize clients’ content once a graphic is created too.

Bonsai is a great place for us to manage all aspects of our client process. From template storage for our proposals and contracts to an automatic invoicing system to time tracking and mapping out project details, we love to use this on a daily basis.

We use Planoly for planning our clients’ feeds. It allows us to visualize what our feeds will look like while we plan all of the small aspects of each post (captions, tagging, location tagging, hashtags, and more).

One of the best tools we’ve found, Flick allows us to find hashtags relevant to our clients’ pages that will perform well. You can also store hashtag sets that you can constantly come back to. Flick has saved us so much time when planning content.

Adobe is what got us started in the creative industry. Our founder learned Photoshop before she learned anything else about marketing or product photography. The creative freedom you have with Adobe products is beyond this world and will definitely get your creative juices flowing.

We store and create all of our documents and sheets files on Drive. We also store client’s assets. From monthly content creation brainstorms to weekly client meetings to our social media management pricing calculator, we love being able to easily access our important documents.

We use Quickbooks for our business accounting because it’s easy to use and can be accessed from our phone and laptop. You can connect your accountant too, and it makes tax season that much easier.

We learned all of the fundamentals of marketing from HubSpot Academy before anything else. It teaches you the basics like what inbound marketing is, how email marketing works, and the essentials of social media.
